The neighborhood center in Mi\u00f0b\u00e6r would also benefit from this development with the associated strengthening of retail and other local services within walking distance. It could, for example, be a seasonal marketplace and could also feature art in a public space, which could create new landmarks within the neighborhood.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">The work proposals assume that it will be permitted to build an extension south of Gr\u00edmsb\u00e6r, perhaps some kind of glass structure, which can, for example, house an enjoyable greenhouse and caf\u00e9.
